It’s been roughly three months and a half since I’ve started eating healthier and actually exercising. I haven’t lost any weight, but I’ve definitely gotten more flexible/stronger (I guess I lost an equal amount of fat to the amount of muscle I’ve gained?) ! According to a few of my friends/family, I look better.
